ScarFace

ScarFace tells the story of a woman who has felt the pain of deception, betrayal and attack and has the scars to show for it. Her original is a 24”x 30” canvas where thousands of tiny pieces of paper from magazines and images are glued.

ScarFace story is about any woman who has felt the pain of betrayal, deception, anger or violence. She understands what it means to be hurt and beaten down. She understands what it means to feel in her heart that pain. The scars from those experiences gave her the inspiration to rise up, point her face at the sun, to learn, become stronger, persevere, heal and ultimately succeed.

I created ScarFace during a very challenging time in my life when I felt defeated from deception, betrayal and frankly out and out “evil”. Understanding my value and the strength of power that came from that healing, helped me to tell ScarFace’s story. I hope she helps you to find your inner strength and power.
